Please help support aviation in Pennsylvania by joining the Aviation Council of Pennsylvania. Complete the information below today to join the finest, most active membership organization representing the aviation industry in the northeast states.  The ACP has recently updated the membership categories and pricing, so please review the new membership application.


NOTES:
  • Airport and Partner categories includes membership for the person indicated below, plus unlimited additional direct employees.
  • Each additional direct employee will need to complete the Membership process separately if they are not already a member. Your employer Airport or Company must already be a higher category member.
  • Student membership is a non-voting membership for individuals who are enrolled in a middle/high school or a post-secondary education institution.

Committees

Are you interested in serving on one of the ACP Committees?

To monitor and coordinate with both state and federal agencies and affiliated aviation organizations (e.g., FAA; BOA; NATA, NTSA, TSA, AIA, AAAE, AOPA and NBAA).
 
To develop and manage the annual PA Aviation Conference.
 
To organize and administer the selection process for scholarship awards and to recognize individuals and organizations for their contributions to aviation. To recommend and establish aviation education programs and aid in the coordination of aviation programs and institutions within the Commonwealth.
 
To review the By-Laws bi-annually and make recommendations for By-Law revisions to the Board of Directors.
 
To request proposals from organizations interested in hosting the annual PA Aviation Conference.
 
Identify funding opportunities, provide technical and management expertise, network with other members and provide strategic planning facilitation so that your airport can grow and develop.
 
To manage the financial affairs of the Council to include preparing budgets, managing investments, preparing regular financial statements and conduct an annual audit of the Council.
 
To monitor and work closely on those legislative matters that affect the Council membership on a national, state and local level.
 
To oversee in the planning and organizing for a continuous membership growth and maintenance program. To develop and maintain ACP communication tools (website, Twitter, LinkedIn, Survey Monkey and e-newsletter) to provide members and the general public with information about ACP and aviation issues.
 
To recommend from the membership, a slate of qualified council members for the Board of Directors. This recommendation shall be made to the membership at its Annual Meeting.
 
To assist and develop programs which will benefit fixed base operators, flight schools, charter operators and small airports.
